Just his OT deployment is a fireable offfense... but it wont happen. The roster is a shambles, the right thing to do is move guys at the deadline and re-rebuild - try to get into the lottery. Move Arvy (i like him but we need to convert wings to defense or goalie), and possibly Iafallo.

this is the thing that bothers me the most about him. Whenever the going gets tough there's never a direct answer. It's always some kind of weird unknowingness which is perplexing to me. He's the coach but he's still "searching" for an identity for the team. "Confusion". Its so unsettling to me to hear from a coach that he's confused and has no idea whats happening. The message is always the same. He doesn't know. His pressers always rubs me the wrong way. If there's one person who should know the identity of the team and not be confused, its the coach. But you never get that from him.

Its true. If he's confused it probably means he's lost the team.. again the roster is not conducive to a winning season.. but if he was a stronger leader, he would demote DD and Kopi and maybe even assign a new captaincy. I just dont think that kind of leadership is his style - not wanting to ruffle the feathers of the future HOF 2 time cup winners.
