If we're calling anyone up from the Gulls (we only have 6D on the roster so gotta think we at least call up a D?), imagine it comes tomorrow, second half of back to backs for the Gulls tonight.

John Gibson, last 5 starts..

I look forward to the very reasonable response this is sure to elicit.

My initial thought was that McGinn could be the perfect type of player for Zegras but then I realized that Brock McGinn is not Jamie McGinn, which is who I thought was still playing and who we traded for.

It will be very telling if neither Tracey nor perreault get any NHL run these last few games. Regenda as well.
I don't see much reason to call up any of those guys at this point. We have enough warm bodies to ice a team, which seems to be Verbeek's only concern for this year.

Gibson has seen enough shots this season... let him rest up for next year, call up OEE as the starter, send Dostal down to San Diego to get his starts in, and get a new coach/system and some stop gaps for next season and start turning the franchise back around toward playoffs :sarcasm:

Zegras gets another guy we could have got off waivers. Nice. He's patiently waiting to sign on the dotted line to a long extension. Hopefully Strome picks his game up.

Truth be told, McGinn is likely more responsible on defense than most of our current forwards and can score some goals. Something Z needs on his line. If Strome steps it up, that line should be more than fine.

Wouldn’t mind a McGinn - Zegras - Terry line. But not sure with keeping Z with Terry, rather they are separated to split D assignments from the opposition.
