so f***ing frustrating

At this point it wouldn't hurt to put the Swedish meatball line back together as a 4th line.AJF had a bunch of snipes from his off-wing with the Moose. Bring that up to the JETS!
I think he has a really good shot actually...he's a guy that reasonably can play with the offensive players. His forecheck is wild too.
The plan looks to be to conserve cap space and not risk losing anyone to waivers.Guy had our best scoring chances yedterday...
Ya, when you have such a dominant bottom six, you sure don’t want to risk losing anyone…The plan looks to be to conserve cap space and not risk losing anyone to waivers.
Well maybe, but that's what the organization is doing.Ya, when you have such a dominant bottom six, you sure don’t want to risk losing anyone…
Honestly I think we are at the point where you run 11 forwards and 7 D... sit Pionk, Schmidt or whoever is playing with they their head up their ass that game and get Heinola back hereWell maybe, but that's what the organization is doing.
Or Chevy trades for another forward upgrade or 2? I get the feeling the organization is giving Heinola some stability and letting him be the big all situation minutes #1 D-man on the Moose. As opposed to being mostly a PB guy in the NHL.Honestly I think we are at the point where you run 11 forwards and 7 D... sit Pionk, Schmidt or whoever is playing with they their head up their ass that game and get Heinola back here
Trade incoming?? Wishful thinking.Appleton not skating fwiw.
probably banged up but you never know at this time of yearNo Appleton?
Yup, still need a center and a winger to push the likes of KK and Lowry down to where they belong. Those bottom 2 lines are still bad. C'mon Chevy we need another couple forwards.
Agree, there isn't anything in that bottom 6 that gives me hope they will win their matchups. Those bottom 2 lines are still bad. C'mon Chevy we need another couple forwards.
Lowry's still 7th among forwards for scoring, and the only shutdown centre the team has. I'd be surprised if he gets pushed down the lineup, since he's not the guy responsible for getting scored on, but the guy preventing the team from getting scored on.Yup, still need a center and a winger to push the likes of KK and Lowry down to where they belong.
He has 0 goals in his last 33 games. An NHL goalie has more goals than him. Being at 7th when Ur bottom 6 is composed of gustafsson, stenlund, Barron, Khulman, ajf etc whoopdeedoo.Lowry's still 7th among forwards for scoring, and the only shutdown centre the team has. Not a chance I'd run that...Fawk, imagine that. Big conference game. Adam Lowry you're up to 2C. Kevin Stenlund 3C. Jets can't even get Gustafsson back on the roster unless someone goes to IR, or they demote Samberg for a game.
Then look at the Kings roster, and imagine how good they will be when they acquire another defenseman, like Chychrun.
At least the Jets will have the edge in net?
Who's your shutdown defensive zone centre? Stenlund? Max Domi? The Jets need good defensive players to be a good defensive team. If only there was a commitment to being good defensively team wide. I don't think Adam Lowry is easy to score against, that hasn't changed. If he could get Kuhlman off his wing, for Appleton, he might get some chances. He was scoring back when Harkins was on his line, some 33 games ago.He has 0 goals in his last 33 games. An NHL goalie has more goals than him. Being at 7th when Ur bottom 6 is composed of gustafsson, stenlund, Barron, Khulman, ajf etc whoopdeedoo.
