big boy - played with Wyatt in Windsor, plays with Ertel in NB
Big boys that score? I'm sure there's a chance.... Worth taking a flyer on a guy like that for sure and hoping he's a late bloomer. Odds are he develops similarly to Justin Brazeau and just hops between the ECHL/AHL though. What's his deal? He have a shot at the bigs or just AHL?

Found a @Brock article on overagers for those interested.

Sunday Top 10 - Overagers Worth Signing (2023)
This is a yearly tradition (take a look at the Sunday Top 10 sidebar for other years). It's time to examine the top overagers in the OHL, av...ohlprospects.blogspot.com
yeah thats such a strange situation lol but I'm doubtful the Stars ink him to an ELC nowI still wanna know why they never offered Lo-Mo an ELC. 6th in scoring in the OHL right now
Morrison has the exact same points-per-game as last season, so it could be perceived that he hasn’t progressed that much in his overage season. I wouldn’t mind if the Stars offered him a contract, but probably more of the same for overage players signed out of the OHL.
It's one thing to have a glowup at 20 years old in the OHL. It happens all the time... but LM was nasty as a 19 year old too. Looking back through the last ~10+ years in the OHL- how many players have been near the top of OHL scoring and >1.50 ppg in back to back years without being drafted or signed to a pro contract? It just doesn't happen.I'm not gonna pretend I have seen LM play, but he just screams 'meh'. He's 30, playing against 17 year olds. Seems like a career minor league/Europe dude.
Logan if you're reading this, I hope we're cool. You're great.![]()

That dude just stole Ertels contract spot, lul
I’m going to guess Ertel, Roulette, and Holmes don’t get contracts (or at least they shouldn’t based on their progress since being drafted).
What happened to Adam Masherin? I thought he was going to play in Italy or something, noticed he is back in the SHL and he can't produce shit. This dude really ruined his career pretty quickly and he was one more AHL season away from getting a couple NHL games in an injury callup, now he will be playing second-division European hockey next year at like $50,000 USD. Ouch.
