Well they can't lose Seider now. Didn't mean the worst thing that could happen in general, Larking walking is as bad as it gets for them atm. The fact that it has gone this far is alarming and now it's in the players hands.

The Larkin situation is just like Stamkos… Yzerman has his number and is willing to wait it out. He took a lot of heat for that situation and it worked out just fine for everyone (except Toronto).

I think Kasper will be better than Larkin. Might just be a longer ramp.

Same size as Landy, plays similar style and having them play together on the 2nd line would be amazing.

Would be surprised if we had the pieces to get Horvat. With Bryam’s health in question you can’t move Girard. Could give up Newhook I suppose although the one good thing about the injury woes is that it is giving him a larger opportunity to produce. May want to keep Newhook given to cost control benefit.

If G can be the centerpiece to a Horvat trade you do that immediately, regardless of Byram's health. He will never net you a more valuable piece

Looks like Newy is slowy figuring it out but unfortunately like most here I still believe he will never be a C so I'm ok to use him in a trade to get a 2C. He will most likely make around 4m by next season anyway so might as well use that cap space on a 2C.

He does have the potential to be a captain, but he never will be on this team. I hope he isn’t traded, though, but I believe he is damaged goods and won’t have a long career. *fingers crossed*
