Now that Skinner is gone, Emberson is pretty much the only RD prospect in the organization who has any shot at the NHL.

I think he and Mancini are the only ones period.

If NYR trade Trouba in the summer of 2024, they'll need someone to play the bottom pairing.
I saw Mancini play earlier this year. He's not going to give you much offense but he was on the first pair for the PK. You don't hear much about him because he is not a scorer and he plays out west but he is someone to keep an eye on as a possible third pairing defenseman.

I have hardly seen any of Mancini, but from what I have seen he can skate pretty well. Couple that with his size, and you'd think he has a chance.

Zac Jones is always out there although it sort of feels like he'll be on a new team before he really makes it.
He doesn’t fit the mold of what the FO wants and it’s a shame because I think he can be a real standout.
That said, it seems a lot of teams have guys like Jones not getting a shot.

Purely stat watching, but Othmann now on the 2nd line for the Petes with Avon (Flyers) playing 1st line LW.
Only one goal in his last 4 games + so far tonight (he did have the hattrick before that). Certainly not bad stats (around PPG with the Petes), but not crazy good like we've seen from him at times.
Does anyone watch the Petes for an update on how he's actually playing?

He's doing fine. The lines for the Petes are jumbled every game. Robertson, Hayes, Beck, Lockhart, they're all on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line in their line-up graphs over the last few months. He's also had some bad luck with injuries. Pucks to the face, sticks to the face. The guy looks like he's gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson

Sure, I hope for more production, but what matters to me is how he does in the playoffs.

Adam Edstrom had a goal yesterday for Rogle, his 7th, which ties a career high. He's at 7-7-14 in 35 games. His previous high for points was 10 in 43 games and the other 7 goal season came in 43 games. I still think he has a chance to be a very good fourth line player for us or even a third line player if any offense translates. He's so damn big and I think when you take the reins off in the NHL/AHL, he'll be f***ing nasty.

Oliver Tarnstrom also plays for Rogle. That's the update on him.

Barbashev had 1+1 as well, giving him 25-24-49 in 50.

On Othmann, he's still as dangerous as ever, but he looks like he's missing his top gear to me. It may just be because he knows he probably shouldn't be back in the OHL, but doesn't have a choice. He'll still go out and fire a million pucks on net, but he just doesn't seem to have the extra step he had last year that made him a menace. I wouldn't worry too much about him despite the disappointing production.

Found a picture of Gery Othmann.

Kjellberg was 1+1 last night.

Berard had a goal.

Laba had an assist.

BMB was scoreless and his team was absolutely destroyed again, losing 10-2. Othmann was also scoreless.

Korczak had an assist but his team lost 7-1.
Can BMB still be moved to a better team before playoffs?

I gave an update on Edstrom the other day, and since then he has picked up a few more points. In 38 games this year, he has a career high in goals (8), assists (9), and points (17). His previous high in points was 10. He is also playing a career-best 14:21 per game. He has played all over the lineup, on basically every line. I look forward to seeing what he can do next season.

How many of our prospects really project to be NHL players?

G: Garand, Boyko?
D: Robertson, Jones
F: Othmann, Cuylle, Sykora, Berard, Laba, Mc, Any of the Euos?
