Getting Beniers in full time along with Burakovsky gave them a legit top line. Bjorkstrand had a bit of a rough start but I think contributing too. There’s real depth up front now.

As a fellow Asian American, watching Robertson light up the league is a sight to see. Its too bad he has to be on Dallas because that has me conflicted. Either way the guy looks like a modern day Dany Heatley out there. Lethal shot.

I’m sure the league is absolutely wet over an Asian kid that seems to have a good head on his shoulders dominating. Do you know are they doing much to advertise him overseas? They should be.
Robertson is Filipino btw if anyone was wondering like myself.

He's not playing on the top power play. IIRC he had nearly 40 PP points last year and that is pretty much gone right now since Serg is in that role. Next cold streak on the PP will have Hedman swap back over to PP1.
And his massive extension hasn’t even kicked in yet.

Since it's the NHL, I'm guessing no marketing push on Robertson. For one, doesn't do enough lacrosse goals. For two, in their vision, hockey is a team sport full of cliches like grit, togetherness, etc.
Rather than overseas, I think the more important market is getting more Asian American viewers. Looking at statistics, there are a ton of Asian Americans that follow the NBA, but not so many that follow hockey.

My feelings exactly.
Now if Keefe would just get over whatever it is he has against Nick Robertson, there might be two Asian-American stars in the NHL (assuming his body holds up).
BTW can't find it but I remember when Patrick Roy threw a check behind the net when he was in Colorado, and he planted the guy into the glass hard.

The best thing is Garbage Binner looks like he gets his shoulder right into Staals chest. So it was the hit he wanted. And the hit he deserved.I could watch Sh*ttington get trucked all day long.
The two Blose defenders who saw it didn't come to their goalie's aid either.

Robertson is proof positive that you shouldn't pass on players because their skating isn't pretty.
That pretty refined skating and still sucking at it is a very bad sign. Technically Jost has great form and good extension... he just has zero athletic ability behind it.

You made me look at Beaucage's stats in the AHL. Not great, to say the least. I'm assuming he's playing bottom 6 with no PP time with the Eagles.
