Bahl fell down creating a 2-on-1 and Okhotiuk tried to take away the pass, but let it through anyway under his stick. Really poorly played by both to end the game.

Comets hit the road next to play these same Senators on Friday and then travel to Laval for a 4pm game on Saturday.

So at this point Utica is missing Schnarr Greer and Zetterlund. Something tells me if those three are playing this gane finishes differently

Utica's magic number drops to four and the divisional number to eight.

Comets and Schmid have been playing .500 hockey since February (Schmid's return from NJ). Mitens has played .500 hockay all season.

Still they will comfortably slide into the playoffs and the division title if they continue to play .500 hockey.

Comets magic number for the conference title is 14 against Springfield and nine against Charlotte.

Utica could be the first of four teams to clinch their division. It'll be close with Chicago.
