Rosalee is a late season apple, a cross btw a Honeycrisp and Fuki ..

Me and my 1 year old shared one of these on a farm riding on a hay ride over a creek a few weeks ago ... f***ing iconic and delicious

Gotta go Mango here... Surprised to see the lack of Mango fans in the thread tbh.
Small ripeness window but mangos are the goat.

Theyre hard to get perfectly ripe. Buy them hard and then forget to slice into them. Seems like they have a 1-2 day window of being perfect.

I ma also incompetent in many things .. mangos? one of my many many weaknesses.

Yup, it's very small window between too hard and too mushy. Makes it even better when you get the perfect one.

One time I went to a Brazilian BBQ and just ate mango for like 20 minutes for dessert. Tough thing can be getting a mango that's ripe with the right texture. I've had my fair share of sour/crunchy mango which is always unpleasant.

Nothing beats fresh, perfectly ripe blueberries, imo. Easily the healthiest fruit too.

Bananas at the perfect ripening stage, still a little green and firm, sweet but not too sweet. Overripe banaas with brown spots and mush suck.
