My son and I were distracted as Snoop Dog was a few rows in front of us and he brought an entire posse of Princess Leias with him. I've never seen anything quite like that, my boy was certainly stoked, so we weren't really sure who won the damn game.

KrisLetAngry : Both. Kings are under rated. Veterans leading the charge. Lots of infused youth from there drafting etc. Definitely not playoff contenders this year however they aren't weak.

We talk about the disgusting nepotism in the NHL...so there is this female on NHL radio covering the Blackhosers.. and I'm thinking "who the hell is this she is terrible...cliches galore, saying nothing interesting or incisive...turns out her last name......Chelios... his daughter.

The way the team played in the homestand, Vilardi would look fast.
I think partly it's got to do with how quickly guys are moving the puck and making decisions.

Last night for sure, but that line was playing a different game with Fagemo replacing Lemieux. More rushes, fewer dump ins. Showed off his attacking stride in the neutral zone.

Yeah, like Circa 2012. The cup teams were ridiculously slow outside of a couple of guys, but they broke out and moved the puck so fast they were hard to stop.

Just keep this bus rolling. Can't have a let up this weekend.

This is the first time in a long time that LA has 4 lines. No forward skated 20 minutes last night, and that was a tight game up until midway thru the 3rd.
Fagemo fit right in and didn't look out of place, love it. Definitely going to be some difficult roster decisions going forward.

And this team has better/faster individual skaters.
Yesterday reminded me a little of, dare I say, the way Colorado plays. Constant pressure, decisive, moving the puck fast.
Obviously Colorado has more skilled players, but optimistic about the progress they've made.
I think even the power play's looked better. Even though the results haven't been there, it's not a momentum killer it was before.

They said in the preseason that they were going back to the hard forechecking style they played 2 years ago, which we saw work well in the beginning.
Looks like that system is starting to work.
I still don't like how Tmac's handled some players and ice times, but he's done a good job of implementing something that works, and hopefully continues to get better.

Now you're being insufferable AND dishonest.

The ice time last night reflected the trend in the direction all our critiques basically asked for--shave 2-3 minutes of Kopitar's icetime, add 2-3 minutes to the bottom end. Lowest played forward was Kupari at just under 11 min instead of the 6-9 our bottom guys have been getting in some games recently.

If anything, that he had such an effective game in reduced time proves the people you're trying to insult right...
