FYI, the Kings have roughly $12M coming off the books next summer when the contracts for Brown, Maatta, and Athanasiou expire, and the Kings will have $50M in commitments heading into the 2022 offseason.

FYI, the Kings have roughly $12M coming off the books next summer when the contracts for Brown, Maatta, and Athanasiou expire, and the Kings will have $50M in commitments heading into the 2022 offseason.

Plus, the guys that will replace these ending contracts next year will be rookies on cheap contracts. We don't need to go into FA to replace them.

Turcotte probably spends most of next season in Ontario.
Kupari most likely will be up and down and will play wing.
Vilardi can center the 3rd line if Byfield starts in Ontario. Then move to wing if Byfield comes up.
Other than Byfield, all these guys have played on the wing before and have been productive. Shouldn't be a problem going forward.
