Hindsight's a killer. The Jets needed a QB but took a safety over Mahomes or Watson. Adams is a stud but those are possibly generational QBs.

At the same time, knowing the Jets, they would have found a way to ruin both Mahomes and Watson, lol.

For starters, neither would likely succeed behind this o-line. I guarantee Darnold would be likely a lot better had he been drafted by the Chiefs or Texans.

Hard to be critical of darnold if you think the Jets would have botched mahomes or Watson.

You know that the Texans o line is f***ing awful, right?

He'll sit out rest of the year.

Hilarious hearing some people call for a lifetime ban.
You want this gone from the game? Set an example. Garrett sits the rest of this year and all of next season, and that's even after a heartfelt apology press conference.

The guy that pushed Rudolph to the ground afterwards should also get a game or two.

Myles Garret. Unbelievable.

Done for the year, no question in my book.

Never seen anything like that.

I really want to know what Rudolph said to him. Garrett is a quiet, unassuming guy and I've never seen him act anything like this. Not in college, not in the pros. I have to think he was provoked (obviously almost nothing would warrant the response - not that that needs to be said . . .). I mean, I guess he could've just snapped, but man alive.

There was also a kick from Rudolph to the groin of Garrett.

I'd suspend Garrett, Olungobi (the line man that knocked Rudolph over after the helmet-stuff was over), Rudolph himself (for kicking Garrett) and the Pittsburgh offensive line-man that punched and kicked Garrett.

What a crazy shit-show that was. lol

Probably something like "get off me" but with more colorful language. Garrett was way late on his hit and take down which is not out of character for him.

Pouncy may get a game but as he was coming to a teammate's defense maybe he won't. Olungobi won't (or shouldn't) get a suspension for a late shove. Rudolph for sure will not get anything.

Garrett should be out of the league for that. It is a miracle that he did not cave the skull in. Moreso, no matter what, i would have charged brought up for that. Do that on the street and it is aggravated assault. I am all for hard hits and love football, but he needs to be out of the league forever.

Rudolph started it. Just saying, everyone's acting like he's so innocent yet he's the one that tried to pull the guy's helmet off first.

5 game suspension, but the nfl will give him more than that.

who cares? these kind of scrums happen all the time. the problem was grabbing a helmet and trying to smash a guy in the face with it.

If no ones helmet came off and they all just wrestled each other around, no one would even talk about it.

that was beautiful how the o Lineman (Pouncey?) started wailing on him and kicking him in the head lmao. Reminds me of the offensive linemen in the Replacements
He should have pounced on him along with DeCastro and pounded him into the ground instead of that weak ass kick he made. Garrett got off way too easy
