Big difference between juniors and the third best league in the world.

He is a #1 Dman and arguably one of the best ~5 Dmen in the SHL at 17.

Ryan Murray was not one of the best ~5 Dmen in the WHL at the same age.
He was one of the top D-men in the CHL. I'm not taking anything away from Dahlin. Some people here have him on a pedestal and I guess having a difference of opinions is a crime. lol Dahlin is a very complete player, much like Murray was. I don't see that as an insult to either players. NHL teams desire that especially from 17 year olds who are about to be drafted. I guess people here get triggered too easily.

lias andersson should be on the top line. it's ridiculous that he's not.

Jack of all trades??? Nothing really stands out?? Go hide.
I said he's very well balanced. He has all plus tools. Not one thing in particular jumps out. He's good at everything. I'm sorry you can't comprehend.

He was only named to the 2nd divisional All-star team in the WHL that season... he was very mature for his age... but for sure had no-where near the offensive skill-set Dahlin has.

Murray has always had a very limited offensive skillset aside from his skating. Dahlin has a hard shot and much, much better offensive instincts than Murray ever projected to have. Sorry, but your comparison is really off here.

The game was going at 50% pace most of the time so I find it hard to read very much into it.

Nylander was playing better and better as the game has progressed. One of our best players this game, which he should be.

I never compared their offensive abilities. I complimented their completeness as players. Ryan Murray was touted as having great offensive abilities except coaches felt more comfortable playing him in a defensive role because he was extremely reliable. I don't know why people are getting all up in arms for. Ryan Murray went 2nd overall and is still a great player. He hasn't lived up to the hype but the hype he had as a 16/17 year old prior to his draft was very real.

Fjällby is such a beauty. 150% energy all the time. If they are to have any chance at a medal it is because that guy gives every1 energy. In a medalgame Montén will probably just stand in the bench with his stupid smile repeating "we expected this"

It's pretty clear that our best center is Marcus Davidsson. I'd like to see him between Pettersson and Nylander.

Edit: Outside of Andersson ofc

It was clear to me that Linus Lindstrom dragged that top line down. I hope the coaching staff replaces him with Andersson so they can be more effective playing even strength
