Where do you think you are?Just lol at that snowflake bs. That is some serious emotional investment in how other teams/fans are suppose to act. JFC.

Let's just make one thing clear: I want tomorrow's game to be SJ's last win of the season. I'm definitely not trying to weigh which team I'd rather see win the Cup because we are in non-starter territory for me. I don't want to worry about that until it is closer to reality.
A Vegas collapse would be extremely tasty though. Would be kind of a dream scenario for them to be up 3-1 only to lose the series in 7 while also having their fans pay to have their Easter ruined by a horrible SH goal in double overtime. It's too good for me personally so I expect Vegas to win tomorrow. Only thing I can hope for with that is, if it does happen, I'd like it to be a real soul-crusher for SJ.
I think we all want the Avs to win, no matter who they play.
Yup, basically was Vegas, part 1 but worse since they had a much better roster thanks to Quebec.Next round for sure, but not the whole thing.
I will never forget the Avs first 10 years of existence and how I hated them. In just a horrific season for the Kings, it was pretty much only a couple of dip**** Avs fans that came in here to troll us.

I want SJ to win this series because they have just taken a beating over the last few years. I think they've finally earned it. **** Vegas. There is no hockey history there and the fans seem insufferable. I can't root for a team that has that kind of fanbase and employee a team with a player like Reaves. He might have had one too many concussions and appears too hell bent on injuring others when his team is going to lose. I could easily take a Thorton Cup over a Reaves cup.
The Sharks moving on to round two makes me nervous. They’re a very talented team and the field is wide open this year with so many upsets.
Be careful what you wish for.
I'd prefer it over Vegas regardless but I'm currently working under the premise that SJ will choke later on, as is their style.
The wide open field concerns me more as it relates to Vegas.
I honestly don’t think Vegas can win the Cup this year even at the their best. I think this series is only close because Jones completely crapped the bed in games 2-4. Other than game six, SJ has dominated a large portion of this series.
Vegas is still just too weak at D. SJ’s defense can be questionable, too, but Burns/Karlsson/Vlasic are still capable of taking over games.
SJ did look completely gassed in game six, though. They’re an old team, so they may just physically collapse in rounds two/three, anyway.
That's the hope. My main concern is Vegas fans being denied playoff success this season. I'll sort the rest out later.
Eh, they did get dominated in the SCF last year. Definitely a first significant dose of playoff heartbreak.
Can confirmI'm petty. Don't care if it is a bad look.
For me, the Vegas hate comes from living here and dealing with their born on 3rd base but too dumb to realize how good they've got it attitude.
But worry not, the bill is coming due.
As do I.I know a few former King fans that have bolted for the Vegas Knights. **** em.
There are tens of fan bases that would love to say they got dominated in a SCF. The heartbreak also isn't as bad when it is Year 1 and there were no expectations.
I'm petty. Don't care if it is a bad look. I've had seats to the Kings since 2001-02 and have witnessed a total of 10 playoff series wins over those 17 seasons with all 10 occurring in a three-year stretch. Vegas fans are 30% of the way to my total after one season. The Cups would normally make me not care, but the aforementioned actions of their fans have led me to McDonald's french fry levels of saltiness when it comes to that team.
The only team I'm saltier about is the Kings.

Again, I don’t think they’re good enough to make a serious push for the Cup. I think they had more of chance last year to be honest. Entire team was riding this island of misfits toys narrative. This year you can definitely see a noticeable difference in the way they play, specifically on the forecheck.
Point is, they’re probably going to be losing in the playoffs for a while here.
