I thought for awhile we may get another Easter marathon like the Islanders/Caps game 7 from 1987.

I was a little dude back then so I went to bed and I asked my dad the next morning who told me the game went into the 4th OT and was done around 3am ET. I couldn’t believe a hockey game could last that long.

Happy Easter everyone!

Regardless of who wins the series, I'm glad that there will be Knights and Sharks fans who are going to get ulcers over this. Bleeding ones, I hope.

I hope San Jose wins game 7 because f*** the Knights. But also I hope San Jose wins because they're undoubtedly bounced next round. They are running on empty so its a win win.. Vegas would probably beat others teams so they might have a better shot and they don't look gassed either. Sharks are being opportunistic as f***.

It comes from actually attending a game at Staples Center and being harassed and taunted by Vegas fans. This is not an isolated incident. They typically act like a-holes. Which is crazy coming into another team's rink and behaving like that. Bar none the most disrespectful visiting fans I've ever come across.

I like Jumbo Jo and becasue of that would rather see them over vegas. Plus I think Colorado matches up better against San Jose next round.

San Jose has taken their lumps and very nearly earned their first cup a couple years ago after lots of hard work, misery and repeated failures (some at LA’s hands). I can get behind that story more than I can Vegas’. Especially after last year’s sweep.

Not sound logic but its the way I feel.

On top of that, easily the dirtiest team in the pacific. From Bellemare, McNabb, Marchesassault, Reaves, Carrier. Dirty f***ing team. And f*** Gallant because when he was losing he'd put out Reaves to go injure our players. A :eek::eek::eek: of a coach. I have many reasons to hate the Knights more, and their miserable fans are another unwelcomed addition.

The Vegas hate is real. Palpable. Its been outlined by several people on the boards. It's also not limited to Kings fans. The main issue is less with the team itself (who have some really great players that you'd pull for if they weren't playing in Vegas) and more to do with the fan base who have proven to be absolutely insufferable human beings to deal with. Its one thing to get trashed on when you are at T-Mobile Arena, but its another to have to hear the garbage at Staples Center.

The main issue is that these fans have zero humility because all they have experienced is success. Its the sense of entitlement that oozes from these people. Ducks and Sharks teams have been bad in the past and know how hard it is to get a team that can actually compete all the way to finals. Knights fans act as if: "It's always going to be this easy to reach the SCF". Coupled with the lack of professional sports in Vegas, you get this monster fan base that is too proud for their own good and don't know how to shut the f*ck up. The fan base, more often than not, tends to be pretentious, ostentatious, and exasperating. And that's me being cordial and diplomatic.

I'd like this post if I could. This is all true. Vegas fan's are on top of the world and Sharks fans aren't cause failure and choking is a familiar friend to them.

Just lol at that snowflake bs. That is some serious emotional investment in how other teams/fans are suppose to act. JFC.
