Glenwood still draws a ******** more people than the Capital District, if that's what you're referring to, due entirely to college kids. I myself don't touch Glenwood (other than the Beer Garden), since the CD is much nicer and an older demo now.
Sure, Glenwood South still sees plenty of traffic, but it's basically one street. Downtown is basically four contiguous districts -- Capital District, Warehouse District, Moore Square, Fayetteville Street -- any one of which sees nearly as much traffic as Glenwood South, and when put together, sees far more.
But again, this is what my friends tell me. I'm a Durham guy.
