If he were a player of any other team most of you would condemn his stupid behavior. Whether you like it or not it made him look like a whinny ***** and the Rangers stupid for not punishing him for it. Now if another Ranger wants to act like a prima donna they cant say anything.

Now we’ve moved on from debating whether it was disrespectful or simply immature and emotional to discussing how the RANGERS should have punished him for it.

I can’t wait until this kid is a captain and everyone’s favorite Ranger so we can go back to this thread for laughs. I hope it comes to pass.

If he's out for the full 4 weeks, that puts him just a day or two before the Olympics.

Probably means that chance is shot.

I'm not surprised you're complaining about this.

'A whinny bitch' that the Rangers should punish? WTF! Are we in grade school? Whether you agree with what he did or not---it's not a big deal. If the Rangers are that concerned all they need is a short conversation with him on it. He's an adult and when you give respect you get respect back.

Further anyway--playing two very competitive games with a separated shoulder takes a lot of f***ing moxie. But let's beat him up some more.

You’re replying to the biggest, most obnoxious Lias Andersson troll. Don’t waste your time.

Yeah I'm a troll for stating what 90% of hockey fans are saying about Lias right now all over the this board. Don't act blindly because you dread the fact this kid is probably not going to be who you hope. And captain... I'll pay each and every one of you 100 bucks the day that happens.

We get it, you don't like him. Your shtick is getting old.

And btw, your mouth is writing checks your ass can't cash.

That is wrong, at worst the reception is fifty fifty

Since I’m the one who wrote it, you can bet your ass I’ll be looking you up one day when he wears a letter in the NHL.

Any player that is playing with a busted shoulder while throwing his health to the "hockey God's" in chasing a gold medal for the love of his country.......should NEVER be reprimanded for a "momentary lapse of reason" and venting his frustration with the thrusting of his "second place failure". He's a winner with tons of heart in my book, and have no doubt he will wear a letter someday.

read today he is rehabbing the shoulder at the NYRs practice facility. this is terrific news. He is being considered for the Swedish Olympic team. He spends 4 weeks with the NYR organization and training staff then maybe goes to the Olympics to return to NYR. Maybe goes to the AHL but maybe his development as NYR now begins. Could be GREAT NEWS!

I hope he miss the Olympics for Sweden this year and go full recover 120% after that shoulder injury - he need to rest and be prepared for a new season with us in October and have best chances to be successful in the next training camp.

You're a troll because of your endless agenda against the guy. And if you liked him your response would be 100% different.

I'm seriously laughing at calling a kid who just played two hard games, at the highest level for his age group, with a grade two separated shoulder, a "primadonna". Hahahaha. Come on. "Sore loser?" "Immature?" "Emotional?" I can see the point ... Primadonna? Hahaha.
He's got grit, will and drive, and apparently does not suffer losing very well ... so yeah I think projecting him as a leader is much more accurate than primadonna. Hahaha.

Lias was at the game last night, per his IG. His arm is in a sling.
Hehe

He got to see what is in store for him next season. Poor kid

Edit: Can see him on the Fancam
