sorry but I will take Donaldson and I don't think its close

even on D I take Donaldson
Donaldson has been phenomenal and deserves the MVP so far but Teixeira is incredible too.

Pillar would actually place 2nd in DRS with 17 (9 in CF and 8 in LF).

Guess fangraphs' counter seems off. Probably only taking 1 position instead of totals.

which sort of makes sense. When judging someone defensively you're judging how they are at a position, you don't want other positions to affect it. For example Goins LF time would slightly bring down his defense when he's been great at 2nd and SS.
