Thanks for that. I had just enough time to hear it before the draft started. Interesting that Futa said that having Lucic allowed them to have a smaller forward from Manchester like Weal or O'Neill, ones that would be good in the shootout. I'll bet that having a decent shootout guy was on their minds.

Wow Pierre that looks like any other play on the powerplay in any level of hockey. LOL.
 
Here is a "bold" draft day prediction one that I have said all along though but Voynov will play for the Kings this coming season and that has been the plan all along. He won't start the season with us but he will play for us again as soon as he is healthy enough to do so.

Meh I'm not that sold on Zacha. Neither are some of my buddies who are really into scouting (including developing new methods for scouting via stats and comparables from history). We'll see.
 
glad the draft is going as planned so far and no shocks - as that would mean a star falling to 13
think we are all forgetting we will draft a superstar in the 2nd !! another Toffolli or Simmonds ha ha
