I hate Dom Moore leaving, but I have a feeling he will since he already *****ed about money once with the Rangers earlier in his career.

A multi-year deal between $1.5-2M is very fair for Moore. If the Rangers aren't willing to meet that price, it scares me what they're going to do. An adequate depth replacement on the market will likely cost just as much.

Makes me think that Sather is going to skimp on the bottom 6 to make a big splash in the top 6. I guess he didn't learn his lesson from the '12-13 season that having no depth is a death sentence.

The problem with Erhoff is that I haven't heard his name in connection with the Rangers from ANYONE. If they were trying to go for him you would think there would be some news of it by now :(

It could also spell the end of Nash, as it did for Gaborik and Gomez and Redden and Drury and...on and on and on.

Ew. This team is based on speed. Brassard and MZA would be in the other end waiting 5 minutes for Heatley to catch up.

Well, yeah, I agree. But if he's being mentioned I'm just trying to get in to Sathers way of thinking. But since it's July 1 maybe it's non-existent. It's gonna be Penner.

Not necessarily true.

Got a feeling one of them are the Isles.. but I think he's going to Minnesota:

Pierre LeBrun @Real_ESPNLeBrun
Told Vanek has list down to 5-6 teams

Yea sounds like the price tags too high . I still think dan Boyle woukd help but it's also a high price

Heater is an upgrade over Pouliot any day.

He wanted to come here in the past. A motivated Heatley can give us 20+ goals..

I think 20 is the max for Heatley, but the question is the motivation.. he had a pretty good team in the Wild and fell flat last season.

Btw if anyone was wondering the rangers aren't signing Moore because he wants three years and the rangers want to give him two

Brooksie playing the role of party pooper:

Larry Brooks @NYP_Brooksie
Pouliot, Stralman, BBoyle appear gone, Dom Moore may be going, DBoyle, Fayne, Carter, maybe Heatley on NYR radar nyp.st/1r8IGb8

Lol that second list is a total buzzkill, ugh.

Fayne okay if the price is decent, but otherwise lol.

John Shannon @JSportsnet
Mike Cammalleri will not be signed by the Flames before noon. #SNSigningSeason

Is this guy going to be too pricey? I've always been a fan of Cammalleri.

Fell like the Bruins are gonna make some trade moves today or very soon. Only 5.6 in cap space with Krug and Smith as RFAs.

We need bigger not smaller. Great scorer though.
