If NJ takes Barabshev, I'm shanking bettman

I'll sharpen the spork. Seriously...He put up 68 in 48, while playing a VERY physical game. He's a great passer who really sees the play one step ahead of the competition.

Damn kings. At least barbashev is alive still. My guess is he won't be and we take MacInnis. I'm ok with that considering we got fabbri.

How does NBC not schedule a 30 min, heck 15 min post draft show to prevent that embarrassment

2 picks...This COULD (but probably won't) happen. Weak draft my ass...There's plenty of talent available if you don't buy into the Russian factor BS.

Maybe Blues management thinks it over and decides to trade up to 31. 33 and 82 might do it. It's just 2 spots in the 2nd round.

So Barbashev is the obvious target. Aside from him, I'd go with Lemieux. Then hope that Kamenev is there for our 52nd.

I'm thinking(and I'm being serious here) that we pick Jack Dougherty at 33 if Barbashev is gone. Blues love their Americans, and he's a steady, solid RHD. I think there's a very good chance he's our pick.

I'd be down to trade up. With McKewon and Lemieux available, it is possible he falls to us at 33rd. My board for 33 1) Barbeshev 2) Kamenev 3) Lemieux. We will get one of them so that is good.

Florida might like Demko and maybe Murray doesn't like Russians since the Sens aren't big on Russians and that's where he came from.

Please don't pick Barbashev - he and Tarasenko on the same team will have enough leadership to make another Russian revolution and I'm not sure if St.Louis wants to experience that :D

I wonder what ottawa fans think of that 21st pick now...turns out to be a projected top 15 player....

This will be awesome if Tuesday we sign Stastny

Barbashev and Kamenev are the prospects I am interested in at 33. Give Tarasenko a Russian pal.

Don't kid yourselves, he gone!

Florida is the real threat to take him. I can see Buffalo taking McKeown, but Florida will not take another RHD. They aren't us. They have a Russian so they are not scared of them. They are set with two good young centers. They could use a good young wing to pair with Barkov or Huberdeau. Lemieux is more of a scrapper like his dad, not a fit for those guys.
