I mean, they are just as in range as the Islanders are.

Same points.. except Ottawa as one extra game to play.. so they are actually more out of reach.

We have a game left against them, though. Always nice to be directly in charge of points.

Exactly so really they are equal because of it. I think the Isles are getting in at this point. Down to kicking either the Rags or Ottawa out. It is possible Ottawa just crashes and burns, and we really need to beat them Saturday, but our target is the Rags if we are really going to get in.

First things first is we need to win tomorrow just so the team can remember what winning is. We need to grind out two wins against Boston and Ottawa, then maybe Kovy will be ready after that then the path to playoffs will still be before us. We get nothing out of this week we are pretty much dead in the water even if the Rags lose out too.

The devils can still make it, but I don't want them to squeeze in, it would have to be like last year, where all of a sudden the jelled. not many games left to call it a jell but if they do go for it. if its half ass, tank it.

But if Toronto wins again tonight, the Rangers are have a little issue. If we beat them, with a few others we can take their spot.

Don't get hyped up on the islanders just yet, they just beat phili now. They still have to win at least 4 to 5 more, they have BOS, NYR FLA*week, TOR, (WPG, CAR, PHI and BUF)*week coming up, 2 of those week teams have to beat the isles and BOS and TOR have to win

So... whose playoff bandwagon are you guys jumping on? I'm thinking Chicago since I've lived there longer than I ever lived back East hah.

If the Isles make it, I would not be bothered if they did well

They deserve it after having to go through a ton of **** from the worst GM in NHL history setting them back, poor ownership, etc

Sharks for me, if I have to choose a team in the East I would say Islanders just because it would piss off the whole Rangers fanbase so immensely.

ive actually been thinking about who's wagon ill jump on this year for playoffs. nobody really stands out to me TBH. id say definitely boston in the east and in the west leaning towards st. louis i think. also would like to see the sharks do well. but if somehow the jackets get in, definitely has to be them.
