Why do the Rangers hate to inform their fans of any injury?

How did it take almost 24 hours from last nights game for this to happen?

Why do we hear nothing about Nash? He ever gunna play again?

The only reason they have blocked so many is that we have been roundly outplayed in many of our early matches.

Plus, you don't just un-teach something like shot blocking. It becomes instinctual to a degree.

As much as I love Callahan, and I know it is from the grind em' out style that he plays, but he is made of glass.

He seems to miss 10 games every season with minor injuries. It might be time for him to adjust his game plan, because he isn't as effective sitting on the IR as he is in the line up.

Now Callahan, Nash, and Hagelin out of the line up.

Better hope Richards continues his tear.

Can't even be mad. Just need to laugh things like this off.

This is exactly how I feel...

I really don't like the way the team plays without Callahan either, he IS the pulse of the team.

Don't want to put too much pressure on them, but this is an opportunity for Miller and Fast to show that they have offensive abilities in the NHL.

Also a huge opportunity for Zuccarello and Pouliot to show more than they have so far, and also to a lesser extent Brassard because I think he's been okay so far.

Looking at the schedule there does appear to be plenty of winnable games in the next few weeks that Callahan and Hagelin will be out for..... No word on Nash so who knows when he's coming back.

Very uneasy feeling right now about the next few weeks....

How did Richards go from GOAT to savior in 3 weeks?

They'll survive. No one expected much from this road trip, but it is true we need to perform.

The only positive in this, (and really it's the ONLY positive) it allows Fast & Miller more prominent roles. If they play well, maybe Pyatt, Pouliot, Zucarello will be the ones to go when everyone is healthy.

Callahan should start drinking milk.

But why not put Zuccarello on a line with Brassard? They played great together last season.

Richards-Brassard-Zuccarello

On paper it looks like a dangerous line. I'd say the best we can do right now.

How much longer till Nash is back? isn't it getting close to 10 days?

(Assuming he isn't still having symptons which as far as i have read he is not)

He's still having symptoms as of like, yesterday. We'll get an update Friday.

I love the guy, he's a warrior but honestly don't sell out to block a shot up 2-0 at the very end of the game haha! It's already over. I'll get hated on for saying that but it's true. I know it's how he plays and he can't just switch off the mentality he has but this hurts. It is why he's the captain though! Just really bad timing.

Didn't he get hurt before doing this same thing at the end of a game we already had locked up? If so that's crazy and it's just a testament to his commitment.

Callahan is so injury prone.

Agreed. It comes with the style and the way he plays, but he is seriously incapable of staying on the ice. It's terrible.

Had to restrain myself from laughing out loud on the train coming home today when I saw this on Twitter.

A lot of people need to step up in the absence of Cally, Nash, and Hags.
