I think at the very least Nash is out for another week or two. If he's not cleared to skate he is at least that far away from returning. But he won't be cleared to begin working out until he can go about a week without experiencing any symptoms...so who knows when that will be.
I don't expect to see Nash again this season
can we have the 1st post in this thread include the most recent update on an injured player? difficult to find injury updates in this thread with so much doom and gloom posts and speculation.
Now, Nash is down with a concussion for an indefinite period that is expected to extend for a while, and for all of the changes, for all of the remodeling, for all of the transformation, the Rangers cannot score.

So basically brooks doesn't know anything and is just sturring the pot.

Larry, who expects that? The training staff? Some guys you overheard drinking beer at the Flying Puck? YOU? Nice journalism.![]()
Is he really making that big a leap? There's been no news other than what there has been since it happened. He's not skating. He wasn't even in street clothes at the home opener.
The first step is for him to be symptom free. Then have him be symptom free. Then get into game shape.
Is it it really so far-fetched to think he's going to be out for a while?

I wouldn't be AT ALL surprised if he doesn't play again, this season.
Just another move that is turning into a disaster.
I can't wait to draft Huge Speicmen with the 3rd overall selection.
Nash will probably be out a while. No doubt. I just dislike that Brooks (and others) purposely dress up their speculation in such a manner that it reads more like it came from legitimate sources. It's a dirty journalism tactic.

I'll update this in post one...
I have to wonder if he ever recovered from the concussion he got last February. He certainly wasn't the same player when he came back and in the playoffs.
