so realistically is Nash really coming back in december or is this just overreaction by this board again?

Nash could be back Tuesday, Nash could be back in April nobody knows and they haven't said anything so any comments on it are essentially irrelevant.

I think at the very least Nash is out for another week or two. If he's not cleared to skate he is at least that far away from returning. But he won't be cleared to begin working out until he can go about a week without experiencing any symptoms...so who knows when that will be.

going to the game in CLB so I sure hope Nash is back by then. Main reason why I wanted to go is Nash n company vs Gabby n company

can we have the 1st post in this thread include the most recent update on an injured player? difficult to find injury updates in this thread with so much doom and gloom posts and speculation.

Nash needs to skate at least a week or 2 before he comes back to play...so once he starts skating we can get our hopes up..for now im just assuming hes out for the rest of the season.

Yeah I can do that. Someone give me the status on all our injured guys and I'll update it regularly.

"Now, Nash is down with a concussion for an indefinite period that is expected to extend for a while, and for all of the changes, for all of the remodeling, for all of the transformation, the Rangers cannot score."

Larry, who expects that? The training staff? Some guys you overheard drinking beer at the Flying Puck? YOU? Nice journalism.

Carl Hagelin the saviour is back. Well atleast it will help

really hoping Callahan is back next Thurs as I am going to the CLB game. Nash I wish but wont happen. What a waste of a season with him out. Everyone else sucks and cant score a freaking goal

Is he really making that big a leap? There's been no news other than what there has been since it happened. He's not skating. He wasn't even in street clothes at the home opener.

The first step is for him to be symptom free. Then have him be symptom free. Then get into game shape.

Is it it really so far-fetched to think he's going to be out for a while?

Nash will probably be out a while. No doubt. I just dislike that Brooks (and others) purposely dress up their speculation in such a manner that it reads more like it came from legitimate sources. It's a dirty journalism tactic.

Nash suffered a concussion in February so they need to be careful with him. Even if he is symptom free, give him more time.

Nash can take all season as far as I am concerned. They're not winning anything this year so let him get 100%.

I wouldn't be AT ALL surprised if he doesn't play again, this season.

Just another move that is turning into a disaster.

I can't wait to draft Huge Speicmen with the 3rd overall selection. Wow, he's playing in the KHL, this season? 1 point in 12 games. haha

I have to wonder if he ever recovered from the concussion he got last February. He certainly wasn't the same player when he came back and in the playoffs.

Hes a columnist. Its in his nature, and I happen to think hes right most of the time.

Reading his articles this season is far, far more entertaining than watching the team.

No Cally?

I think he did. He suffered the concussion early in the season last year. He had a great season after that happened. His playoff performance was not due to Feb concussion, unless he got re-injured at some point in the season. There were rumors that he was having back issues in the playoffs though.
