I have danish and norwegian family, can you blame me for being pan-scandinavian? ;)
Nah, I guess not. Anyway, I spoke to Robin Lindqvist at the U18s yesterday. He hurt his shoulder and missed the game against Canada, but I think he's in against Germany tonight.

Very nice guy, and he told me I just have to visit Sweden while I'm in Europe. I will.

What is the number of teams who fall on the groupe B (second division U18)? One or two?

I hope that the Swizterland can stay with the bestest teams.

Can we please get some refs in this tourmament? These aren't games, they're power-play competitions.

Canada just killed off a double minor to Setoguchi in which Russia didn't get a shot.

Agreed. Bad calls both ways. I haven't seen 10 minutes of even strength play the whole tourney.

edit: yes, that was a huge pk. And almost just a nifty little 2 on 2 conversion.

Bad news for Canada. O'Marra just left with what looks like a shoulder injury.

scores clune a shorty!!!!!!!!!!

also, that was a nice open ice hit on Zubov on the last pk. And ya, Omarra didn't look too comfy going off on that shift. Not good.

Canada 2-1 after one despite being shorthanded for most of the period. The Russian defence looks very shaky. Both Canadian goals off giveaways. Zubov has the Russian goal.

Stop repeating the crap Pierre McGuire says... :shakehead

All russians are cheap shots, but all canadians make good hits but get injust penalties...What a moron

And where exactly did I say that? Or McGuire for that matter?

What did Letang do exactly to get the 10 min? Was he eyeing the refs mom??

Not far off according to the rumour. Apparently he was speaking in French to a teammate on the bench. Apparently the linesman thought he was speaking to him. :dunno: Is he French, Swiss or Belgian? I doubt he was from the US, as few American linesmen speak Freedom. ;)
