Everyone should be *very* worried about how Kopitar is responding this season. There is no way you see a guy like Toews or Crosby do that. And THAT is the money he is making. Is it the pressure of being a captain, winning two cups or having kids?

Kopitar just looks lost out there. I wouldn't mind if I saw the guy putting as much effort into the game as we have all seen before. Maybe this Captain thing is just getting to him and not letting him play his game. I mean Brown is already doing better than he did.

That overtime goal was the single worst play I've seen Kopitar make since he joined the Kings.

Hope Lombardi is pleased with picking up a goaltender and possibly having a good young player being picked up in the expansion draft.

Honestly, if the weight of being the Captain has created Kopitars funk, take it off him at the end of the season and give it to Carter.

That entire game was the single worst game I've seen Kopitar play in this league, OT was just a nice nightcap.

I've never questioned his effort until now. All season he was clearly trying and was well in the black in everything and LOOKED fine other than the puck wasn't going in. Now he's getting shredded everywhere. I don't know if it's frustration leading to shattered confidence or what but he has 24 hours to figure it out before our season ends.

Okay, so this is how it goes. Kopitar rushes to his wife's bedside. Holds her hand and reads to her, never leaves her side. She wakes up and says to him, "WIN!, WIN!!!"

Kopitar leads Kings to cup and wins the Connie.

Oh FFS, I forgot in the movie it's the wife that's in the coma, not the other way around.

While getting a point was nice, giving up 5 goals to a team coming off the bye week, missing 2 of their top guys out with the mumps, and out worked by guys who aren't even 6-0" tall, feels like a bad loss to me.

The minnesota wild are a +61 team and have lost 8 times at home.

I've been as big a 'results matter' guy as anyone, but i'll take the point tonight, especially considering the flow of play was relatively even.

Everyone is crapping on Kopitar (rightly so), but I want to see McNabb sit, he's been ****ing horrid.

Best thing about this site being slow is not having to look at that God-awful avatar of Kid ****ing Rock of yours. Migod, bro. I've been holding it in, but **** man... from Rosamund Pike to hillbilly willy.

I see you standing there, you think you're so cool. Why don't you just, **** off.
