My unreasonable expectations continue unabated. What amazing experience he's getting right now. Love to see it.
Honestly, defensively yeah he would likely be significantly worse.Just put him in the NHL next year can he really be worse than Petry or Holl?
Walman - Seider
Edvinsson - Pesce
Chiarot - ASP
As if it matters much for us. We anyway find a way to loose so let's at least play some youngsters having potential rather than Copps and Petrys.Honestly, defensively yeah he would likely be significantly worse.
We don’t want another Cholowski. As if it matters much for us. We anyway find a way to loose so let's at least play some youngsters having potential rather than Copps and Petrys.
Step off the ledge. A losing streak is no reason to abandon reasonable development paths. As if it matters much for us. We anyway find a way to loose so let's at least play some youngsters having potential rather than Copps and Petrys.
Than Ghost? Maybe? But it'd be hard.Honestly, defensively yeah he would likely be significantly worse.

This guy is good for SHL, good for junior Sweden team, might get serious consideration for WHC. Of course, he can be tried for this lousy Red Wings roster. I mean he can't be worse than Petry or Holl. At least he is going to try as opposed to those guys.Step off the ledge. A losing streak is no reason to abandon reasonable development paths.

Statistics tell otherwise. I suspect that your "close look" is better than that but I'd like to see him first among the NHLers in the training camp.ASP isn’t as god as either of them.
Neither were they at 18yo.ASP isn’t as god as either of them.
Neither were they at 18yo.
I get that. But to that same point, if you're going to compare ASP to players you need to compare him to those players at ASP's age. It's silly to compare him to 24-25yo NHLers.I’m cautiously optimistic about ASP but I’m not putting him near the category of perennial all star and Norris candidate. That’s crazy talk right now.
