If it's maintenance pubs yeah they are export restricted and classified. There is tons of "spillage" in the gov but some of it is more egregious than others. Nonetheless, people need to follow PII and other classified protocols better if they have access to such materials.

The problem is these guys just gave the AI system examples of humans somersaulting, hiding in a cardboard box, and walking like a fir tree. That means the AI can now learn those things. Not only did we create them, but eventually we'll teach them everything we know.

Or I guess the real problem is we'll teach it how to teach itself everything we know.
