A Team BC and Alberta D-Core is a force to be reckoned with, not to mention a pretty good goalie duo:

Toews-Makar
Morrissey-Parayko
Theodore-Spurgeon
Byram

Hill
Thompson
And then Nova Scotia has some pretty good forwards.lol This D core could win a best on best by itself. Wow.

They have a line of stellar forwards. It really falls off after that. Would be Interesting to see a Maritimes+Quebec Team.

BC+Alberta is very deep. Great Top 6, grit and a bunch of guys that could PK.

Celebrini-Bedard-Barzal
The Nuge-Point-Reinhart
Gallagher-K.Johnson-Guenther
Benn-Stankoven-Neighbours

Ontario is the best and most complete team from any lone province, so to make it fair it would have be divided like the 3 CHL leagues. The western provinces vs Ontario vs Québec & the Maritimes

Honestly, the Western Provinces and Prairies have produced better players than Ontario in recent years, despite Ontario having anywhere from 3-15x the population.

You look at 4-Nations Makar, Morrissey, Theodore, Parayko, Reinhart, Point, Jarvis, Stone, Hagel, Sanhiem, Hill.

Bedard, Celebrini, McKenna, DuPont on the come-up

Would Team New England beat Team Maritime?

G - Quick - Daccord - Commesso

D - Hanifin - Kesselring
Dumoulin- Marino
Gryz - Struble
Thrun

Vatrano - Eichel - Boldy
Kreider - Beniers - Garland

Combined the populations they are much closer and splitting things this way is the only way to get near 1/3 + 1/3 +1/3. Besides, McDavid up front with Doughty and Petro in back is a great foundation, so it would make for a great tourney!
