Just got back from the supermarket. In honor of this thread I bought a dozen eggs. Omelettes will be on the menu this weekend; ham, egg, and cheese. There will be no boiling of the eggs, hard or soft.

Lancaster brand sausage is my favorite. Acme has the rope form. That's the best. Get some nice rolls and shitty American cheese, butter as condiment, and that's a hell of a sandwich.
