If you people think hard boiled eggs are bad it's because you're bad. Get good.
I used to make hard boiled eggs for my dog. He would pick out the yolk and leave the whites. If a dog won't eat it how good can it be.

Scrambled egg with asparagus, smoked salmon, and feta.
That's depraved.
 
I rarely have breakfast.

BUT my one general exception is a meat for breakfast sandwich.

2x Lancashire oven bottom muffins. Toasted lightly. (THE perfect bread for a breakfast sandwich, partially due to size, partially due to texture, partially due to taste.)
Then a smattering of mayo for some moisture.
Then some Heinz baked beans layered on top of that.
Then a fried egg on each.
2x slices of good smoked back bacon (well done) on top.
Then melt some cheese on top of that (preferably Red Leicester).

Probably have that once every 2 weeks and an absolute treat.
i've been looking for this forever over here(not really hard mind you) been dying to try it lol

Growing up in a Chinese household as a kid I didn't get much exposure to condiments outside of fast food which wasn't that often. Ketchup, mustard and relish are disgusting. So I approve this comment.

Mustard is good when you get the powder and make it yourself. It must be powerful. I love those little mustard packets from Chinese restaurants. That's how it should be. Strong. Mighty. Lordly.

You’ve eaten some overcooked eggs. You can get a solid yolk that’s jammy. Boil for like 6-7 minutes and immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath

I've always had a severe lack of success with boiling them so I've transitioned to doing it in the air fryer (250 degrees for 17 minutes) and then into an ice bath for 11 minutes. I'll then take the eggs (I do it a dozen at a time) and let them dry on rack. I've never liked hard yolk from hard-boiled eggs on any form. It's a texture thing, kind of like my derision for cheesecake.
