I like making mofongo, but it’s a lot of effort to do it often. Peeling, frying, and mashing the plantains, then making the sofrito, and finally making garlic sauce.

But when I’m in the mood for it, it’s such a great comfort food. Damn, now you got me craving it. I might have to make it next week.

Feels like the reporting has been really poor this year. Live game updates are harder to find. Not getting those updates.

I don't really agree that this wasn't their best. Considering competition I think this literally was one of their best games all year. I mean they ran over the Wings and Ducks but those are the Wings and Ducks. Against teams that matter I think this is the 2nd best game they've played this year only behind the Canucks one.

That's fair. They played a solid game. Maybe I was judging them on a scale being completely dominate. That's probably not fair on my part but they did play a good game tonight. They played essentially a playoff style game and played well and showed resilience.
