Any chance we can see Edstrom over Brodz tomorrow or Thursday?
He's a valuable asset especially with them being fairly thin in D prospects. I don't know why everybody is so quick to trade him.Jones is easily worth a 2nd. Kid is a trooper. Sitting out all this time. Coming back in last two playing great and also if not mistaken the game against Ottawa which changed the season in a good way again.
P. much the exact same hit, so people know precisely what I'm referring to
Agreed. Miller still had a couple of brain dead moments (like over skating & pulling himself out of position) but Schneids was VERY good all night
I like what Rempe brings and what he might become, but a top 3 player in this game?
If Trouba did that, imagine the reactions here.
Schneider is a legit top 4 and might become a top 2.
Jones is so much better than he used to be.
Roslovic was a nice pickup.

I definitely don't want to. Just saying it seems like he's never gonna get a true chance here. He's a valuable asset especially with them being fairly thin in D prospects. I don't know why everybody is so quick to trade him.
This kid also has Dolan backing him. No chance he isn't Dolan's top 3 current Rangers. Panarin, Fox, and Rempe. Kid will be a Ranger for a lot longer.
I could also see him to cont doing this & having that intimidation is valuable.Let's call a spade a spade. I love the energy he brings. That hit was uncalled for and he deserves to be suspended. He pulls that in a playoff series and it could turn the tide of a game or an entire series not in the Rangers favor. He needs to reel that in a bit.
If his ego can manage that I think we might not trade him this offseasonIf Trouba can help himself and simplify his game, he can be a good stay at home guy for Gus or Jones.
It's not the same hit at all.
McDonagh didn't see him coming. Siegenthaler saw Rempe coming and moved back to avoid the hit.
Cooke intended to elbow McDonagh. I don't think Rempe intended the same against Siegenthaler. He was going for the hit and mostly whiffed because the player moved. It's unfortunate that his elbow caught him in the head, and he deserves whatever punishment he will get for it, but I don't believe there was any intent to injury, unlike with Cooke.
It was still well below Rempe’s shoulder… it was’t a flying elbow or anything. I’m not excusing him. It was bad enough. As I said, it was the right call.Bruh . That elbow was higher and wider than an Aroldis Chapman 3-2 pitch to force in the winning run
True but he is still a good 7th Dman to have in case of injury. He is small but he can play and move the puck.I definitely don't want to. Just saying it seems like he's never gonna get a true chance here.
I want him here, playing, not trade bait.Might be worth a 1st by summer if he keeps his play up. Or worth keeping.
Yeah I just wanted to make fun of aroldis chapmanIt was still well below Rempe’s shoulder… it was’t a flying elbow or anything. I’m not excusing him. It was bad enough. As I said, it was the right call.
He needs to have better situational awareness, nobody is as big as him. I think it’ll come.
Exactly. It's not the same hit at all.
