Terribly officiated game, but they got the Rempe elbow right. Not sure he gets a suspension out of it, looks like he just wanted to make contact but he was too high with it. It was still well below his shoulder, but with his height and the Devil ducking… it was a deserved major.

Rempe should get suspended for a few games so he understands to not put his team at a disadvantage like that. Everyone "loves" him now but if he's taking 5 minutes majors every other game it's gonna get real old real fast and the "oh but the NHL is so soft, that shouldn't have been a major!" argument is not going to get a lot of mileage out of the guys mopping up for his mistakes all the time.

He's going to have enough trouble not getting penalized for clean hits that he throws, throwing out your elbow and nailing someone in the head is an absolute cannot do. That's the shit Cooke finally got suspended 20 games for.
