Cole being able to close out a Mania saying "I love pro wrestling" must have been cathartic as hell after years of one man yelling in his ear
Pat said ‘pro wrestling is back’ which says everything you need to know about how everyone was thinking.

Was the announcer actually crying or did she just lose her voice.

Maybe some people think the emotion added to it but I think the roaring call would have been better.

You have to really squint for that one, especially because it was Rock he interfered against, not Roman.
The Undertaker could be like, just mad like he was at Shawn all those years ago and told him there would be a problem if he didn’t start putting people over.

Tonight he saw a problem.

Legit crying, they do videos of her announcing videos and she does get choked up at times with smaller storylines let alone the biggest one of the decade

You do? It seems pretty cut and dry to me. Roman is one of two guys to beat him at Wrestlemania.

Squinting would have been Austin giving two shits about Roman Reigns or Cody Rhodes considering they were in college when Austin retired.

Some things never change, don't know why they continue to do this shit almost every mania. They even did it to AJ at 35 when he faced Orton...

It's every televised event. Some eyes handle it better than others. The only way to attend an event without the potential of a light shining in your face is to attend a house show. There must be a better way to light the crowd that directly shining light in their faces.

After the pedigree on the outside Seth was grabbing his right knee and continued to touch it while in the ring before later going to back grabbing his left knee which was supposed to be banged up from last night.

Omega and Jericho also made the Cody package. The Young Bucks were previously mentioned. Maybe someone else mentioned the former two but as of page 24 while I'm skimming to get caught up only the Bucks were mentioned from the pre show package.

There is merit to Priest winning the title that way however I would imagine it will belong to Drew in the near future and at the latest by Clash at the Castle.

The announcers were hyping up Knight and his big things to come. I wonder if a briefcase is in his future?

The only surprise of the main event was Undertaker taking out The Rock instead of Austin. Interesting to have all those people celebrate with Cody. Obviously it has happened however I don't recall the last time they sent guys from the back to the ring to celebrate with the winner. They all had bloodline connections so it made sense that way instead of sending every face in the company but it was still something different.

It would have been about getting one over on the Rock, one last time, not Cody/Roman.

Undertaker getting revenge on Roman for a nothing match by attacking the Rock when Roman wasn't even in the ring makes very little sense.

Should really go back to 1 solid night and cut the filler...

1 - rhea vs Bayley
2 - Jey vs Jimmy
3 - Sami vs Gunther
4 - Drew vs Seth
5 - knight vs aj
6 - Logan vs randy vs ko
7 - Bayley vs io
8 - Cody vs roman

It's way worse when they do it here and it's completely not needed. They didn't do it last night so why do it tonight and annoy everyone who paid to be there that can see it. They've done it at past manias. They simply don't give a shit until people have to be vocally loud about it...

The whole thing was about Cody/Roman, that's the match. If anything, Austin might have made sense last night when the Rock was actually on the card.

Roman never got anything for WM33. They never crossed paths again. Taker was infamous for his receipts both in kayfabe and for real.

You can prefer Austin, that's fine, but the storyline sense with Undertaker is like, right there.

Mania should be wall to wall bangers. If it's not some one-off celeb/legend thing, or a story with at least six months of build, it doesn't need to be on Wrestlemania. Blow some things off on tv if you have to. It will make tv better.

AEW does the some thing. It's weekly tv amounting to nothing, leading to bloated PPV's where they have to do everything because they do nothing on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
