I see,

I guess the issue becomes are either of Jimmy or Solo over enough/entertaining enough to keep the bloodline hot/relevant with no reigns if they decide to keep faction in tact (think they signed anither member of somoan wrestling dynasty - usos cousin)?

Potential for more with bloodline is still there with no reigns for a qhile but they need to do some strategic booking

I could see all of them taking a break, or Solo and Jimmy being down the card for a while.

They still want to do Rock/Roman so we are going to revisit that at some point in the future.

These are the storyline beats that make me love wrestling.

This also goes back to the match they had where Seth came out in the Shield gear and Roman was hugely pissed. He kinda stole that match with a guillotine and nobody was really satisfied with the ending.

They tied so much up with that moment.

That was a phenomenal match. I don't care if there wasn't much wrestling to it. It was brilliant.

The storyline here could be the Rock coming back led to the Roman's first loss in 3 years, could have Roman say he never needed him like the Rock thought and you could start with a Roman slap to the Rock or something like that.

I could see all of them taking a break, or Solo and Jimmy being down the card for a while.

They still want to do Rock/Roman so we are going to revisit that at some point in the future.
True makes sense

Wonder if they go heel vs heel for that feud or we see a face turn

I really enjoyed heel rock and tbh dont want to see face rock for a while.

Not sure though wwe goes face reigns as it didnt work first time around

Heel vs Heel can still work and would be very entertaining

How mobile is Austin these days? Can he move briskly enough to hit the ring quickly? Undertaker's entrance lends to a stealth entrance as he can be worked in easily under the cover of darkness. Not sure if there's any merit but a thought I had as to why it wasn't Austin.

Could be as simple as he wasn't interested.

Only thing better would've been the glass shattering and the Rock taking the stunner one last time since the guy literally leaps out of his boots when he took them lmao

Roman has always maintained that the Bloodline story is meant to elevate everybody, and it has, including a number of his opponents. Bring my next point here:
I could see all of them taking a break, or Solo and Jimmy being down the card for a while.

I think the logical thing here is that Jimmy gets a shot to get the title back, and when he fails, Roman turns on him, and they do a match or a feud that lifts him up. Eventually the same with Solo maybe, and then after that is when you do Roman vs. Dwayne and they have a natural story where they’re fighting over how everything fell apart.

I watched the press conference for Roman last night with Paul. Is Roman a dick in real life like he was on camera in his press? Or was it just for the show?

Storyline-wise, Austin doesnt make anymore sense than Taker.

I do wonder if Seth has a legit injury, because the obvious and easy sequence of events is:

Jimmy interferes

Jey takes him out

Solo interferes

Cena takes him out

Rock takes Cena out

Seth takes Rock out

But Seth was basically taken out immediately without issue, despite the Shield music, outfit and chair…requiring a 4th guy to help Cody out.

Yeah I could see Austin saying no for that, where as Taker probably just asked what the payday was
They’ve always been committed to doing Wrestlemania moments with him, that hasn’t always been the case with Austin

Seth was being helped right out of the ring, he definitely got hurt somewhere. That would be a hell of a thing and story if he got a serious injury doing that.

They're in the driver seat with both, the Rock will never get booed seriously after this current run.

Nobody wants to see Roman vs Jimmy or Solo.

Would be a major step down for Roman as well.

He could’ve rode the four wheeler. I listened to his podcast for years, he’s not the type of guy who would come back in a wrestlemania main event to upstage everyone else. It’s that simple.

Stone Cold would be trending everywhere, not Cody’s story. Would love to see the rock sell one more stunner though.

Seth being taken out the way he did was perfect, it's a callback to Roman's obsession with Seth after he broke up the Shield and it eventually cost him his title reign
