So good. But gotta get the fries and chili for an appetizer. Their milk shakes are amazeballs too.The urge to go for a Dairi Wip fat boy every time the Winnipeg food scene is mentioned…
One thing most of the players seem to agree on is the food scene here. I think it's pretty underrated in this country.
With the insane returns guys like Jeannot are getting... one must wonder how and why the market for Nino was so bad that the best he could fetch was a 2nd.
Agreed. Samberg is developing into an top end defensive defenseman... like a younger Brendon Dillon... it remains to be seen if he can handle an increased role but in his role he has been nothing short of a revelation and one of the Jets few bright spots in drafting D outside the 1st round.
I sort of envision the Nashville group discussing the Jeannot deal in great detail and someone saying Jets just offered a 2nd for Nino and GM saying whatever I’m busy just do itNino for a 2nd
Jeannot for a 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th and Foote
Chevy =
Trotz negotiating a deal for Jets after their whole ordeal last summer? LolI really found the timing of this move interesting.

El Niño could be our dark horse..We some body-language experts here to weigh in on this new arrival: what are El Nino's levels of joy, angst, anticipation, regret? What's over/under on locker-room toxicity risk, teambuilding potential, favourite Celine Dion number, etc, etc.
Does he have what it takes to be our saviour? C'mon Jets fans -- the guy's been in town for hours already!
Good first impression. The other teams will have to weather the storm. He plays big boy hockey.

Looks like it's going to be a long and hard storm hitting a sensitive area
