GDT: World Junior Championships 2013 - Discussion II

I think Drouin can become a centre actually.. The only reason he plays wing is because of his chemistry with Mackinnon

Definitely looks like Patrick Kane but some I see semblances of a Jordan Eberle/Claude Giroux what with his incredible vision and passing ability.

Rielly is doing what he can right now. PP is his bread and butter. Needs more chances.

Mighty unfortunate. I guess there's always next year. Really liked Barkov, Ristolainen, Teuvo, and Granlund's games this year.

A long as Canada keeps winning, I can't complain
 
I don't see Drouin as a center.

He should be a winger at the pro level.

Keep him within his comfort zone, which is to be an offensive weapon. Not a defensive player.

Until Finns can do what the USA, CAN, RUS, or SWED do, I put them just a notch below the best.

Rielly with a powerful rush, nothing wrong with his game today folks. He looks confident, he has Spott's confidence by being on the ice for the last min in period one against Yak. Playing another good game. Not sure if you guys are watching the same game I am.

Drouin IS NOT better than Pat Kane, who has scoreda winning goal in a Stanley Cup final, and been an NHL All-Star.

And we would be so lucky to be able to put Barkov between any of our wingers. Had a great game today, and is one of the best 4 players in the world at his age.

Drouin is dominating today, in an important game as a draft year prospect. I stand by my statement. He is better than Kane at the same time of their careers, and has the potential to be better than Kane is in the NHL.

I'm drinking Finnish for gold predictions. :laugh:

100% agree, I so wish we get a top 5 pick or even top 10 pick this year
If we got any of Drouin, Mackinnon, Barkov, Monahan, Lindholm it would so so incredible!

I really do not understand what people want from Rielly.....he is having another good game.
 
Jonathan Drouin has looked better than RNH, Yakuopov, and Leafs favourite Habs prospect Gally today. I am a believer, Leafs Rocket, MapleHawk I believe it was. You guys were dead on about the 17 year old phenom. What a delight to watch!

Hmm guess we are watching different games because he's had a couple bad turnovers.

Great rush near the end of 2nd though.
