Larkin goal. No more J.T. Miller for the rest of the tournament.

I guess so :(

I actually imagine it'll be Trocheck/Miller swapping, if anything. I don't think they'll keep one player in the pressbox for too long. Gotta keep the legs fresh.

If anyone has a clip please post it!

2nd period highlights can be seen here:

The Zuuc assist starts with him already having the puck, so you don't see the takeaway (more of a giveaway really)

Zuuc's second assist (in the 3rd period and highlights are not up yet) is also secondary, but still a nice backhand pass on the way to the goal.

Zuuc looks good tonight. Doing his job as a smart passer/playmaker.

Hey guys, I got some tickets to the SWE vs Europe game on Wednesday, does anyone know if Lundqvist is scheduled to play? Thanks!
Not sure. Sweden has 3 goalies in the tournament, Enroth, Markstrom and Lundqvist.

Markstrom and Enroth both played Swedens first match against Finland (on the 8th), about one and a half periods each.

Lundqvist played the second game (also against Finland) on the 10th. He was backed up by Markstrom, who didnt see ice time.

So if they are going for a pure "rotation" schedule, chances for Hank to be playing the Wednesday game is probably small (still 4 games to go before "playoffs").

I could not find any information about this in the Swedish newspapers either (Aftonbladet and Expressen).

Not crazy about the design of this world cup. Team NA, kids under 23? Team EU, a hodgepodge of Europeans? What's next? Team Wheaties. Those who did not fit on other teams, but have the breakfast of champions?

What if the NA kids walk away with the Cup? A win for the entire continent? Meanwhile USA and Canada are killing each other in their historic rivalry?

Bettman has turned this into an allstar circus.

Thanks Rev. I could not see the game so this is much appreciated. :)

I really like the way the tournament has been set up. It's fun and refreshing.

Who knows, it may lose it's luster in subsequent years, but it's exciting to me in the here and now.

I gotta tell ya, I'm rooting for the kids (team NA) to blow the whole concept of national competition to smithereens.

That's the only draw IMO to this tournament.

In subsequent years it will be called the Allstar Cup

Are we still allowed to post links to streams?

Will they still have them in game day threads?
