It is not a surprise that Germany lost its game against Russia. Any comments about the game? I am just surprised that although Germany lost 2-5, Germany had 29 shots on the Russian goal, Russia 35. Looks like the German team hasn't played badly. Now, we have to win the games against Denmark...but I have a bad feeling.

This finnish team plays like Harri Rindell WJC team at 2013 nobody seems to have any clue what they need to do in the ice.
I blame Urama for this one our (possibly) best player is eating popcorn and the way this team is playing right now is just...:scared: So many easy mistakes and stupid penalties and no hits no heart whatsoever.

Hopefully they will step up for QFs.

Slim chance ? in what kind of world ?

After yesterday game Switzerland-Denmark 3-2 , Switzerland has 6 pt with a game in hand(vs.Cechs) ,Denmark 0( no more games) . Even with a lost against Denmark in regular time and a lost vs Cechs in overtime Switzerland would have beaten up the Danes.
 
TSN isn't replaying the game after it's initial broadcast at 9am (like they normally do), it doesn't look like, so if anyone finds it hosted or whatever tomorrow, shout it out.
 
Our first line has no chemistry. Please Urama put Saarela on the first line. We are losing our best player because of this. In 3 games 1 PP goal and that was against the weakest team in the tournament still missing their best player.

I want to see these lines against USA today:

Kiviranta - Saarela - Kapanen
Lammikko - Honkanen - Rantanen

3rd and 4th lines are the same.

Yeah, recent history, we kinda suck at these tourneys, I take that.. but this is not a senior tournament, here every year play at least from 75% different team. And when I look on this year's rosters, I see it pretty even between us and Finns.

Good win for Russia. The Russians have a few good looking prospects, especially Svechnikov and Kamenev.
 
USA ties it at 1. Announcer is saying that Eichel banked it in off the centering pass, but it looked like Noah Hanifin had last touch to me...?

Man does Hanifin look great out there. Ditto Alex Tuch.
