Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. I missed half the game, I'm glad they won as expected. Concerned about the goaltending and I guess Clouston feels more confident in Skinner than Fitzpatrick, though he could still be waiting for someone to take the #1 spot and is rotating.
Moose Jaw is out, Howden, Gregor. Kitchener + SSM lose, Katchouk, and Mascherin. 3 forward spots left.

Don't really have high expectations for this team, but hoping for some solid reinforcements to be airlifted in this weekend.
But Jost and Fabbro I love. especially Jost. He is a strong candidate for the World Juniors this Christmas and he should be there, but you never know with Hockey Canada, Jost is an underager and a NCAA player. That's 2 strikes against him in the eyes of the deep thinkers at HC.

So they scored 10 goals with playing basically just 3 lines?

just curious, didn't watch the game yesterday, but who was paired up with Chychrun? I'm hoping for a Chychrun/Fabbro pairing at Christmas as a couple of 97 d-men have not progressed as I had hoped. Hockey Canada may have to go young.

They would be foolish to leave Jost off. He looked very impressive, it'll be nice to see him against better competition.
I'm high on Fabbro, any chance you think he climbs into the top 10 at the draft? Highest rated right shot Dman.

Fabbro was good this kid can skate i think he will/should be called for wjc
As for chycrun even though he was held pointless you can see how he rushes to the net. Im so happy canada got him and not the states. He controled the tempo/game. He can see openings
He will definitely be at the wjc

As for the goalie, oh boy if this is our best, we are in trouble. He was way to slow in his lateral moves way way to slow
I don't think he will be top 10, I see anywhere from 20-40 tbh. The BCHL/NCAA factor might drop his stock a little bit for some teams, based on level of competition he's played against so far. Would love for Edm to grab him or Luke Green with our 2nd, even if we have to move up a bit. Julien Gauthier is another guy I could see dropping to the late 1st maybe, more because of other rising than him dropping though really. Same thing for Fabbro.

But in all seriousness I think he'll go higher than people think, he looked really good yesterday and I thought he was the best Dman at the WJ A challenge last year.
Chychrun is a phenomenal skater, lots of upside. Jost was by far the player out there. Whoever gets him is getting a steal.

I mean the top ranked ISS goalie for the 2016 draft still hasn't played yet. I'd also give Skinner a break. He's a very highly touted goalie for good reason.

They moved pairings around quite a bit, then seemed to settle on chychrun/fabbro, which seemed to work well. Fabbro makes great transition passes and chychruns a grear pmd.

Still need 1 more forward, no Gregor from Moose Jaw or Katchouk from SSM? I like the size of the team, they got size and they can skate. A couple high-end skill guys as well, just need to gel together quick, reliable goaltending, and I have confidence they can get to the semi-finals, gold medal game.
