Usually I’m more of a Canada fan when the Oilers have a prospect playing for them. Would like to see Schaefer do well but expect him to get limited minutes all tournament like Holloway did

What's with the Lacrosse goal attempts. Leave that weak shit for other country (ies). I think Team Canada got a little cocky out of the gates of this tournament. Too much tire pumping prematurely yet again speculating this team could be an all time great one.

I actually like Canada getting early tournament adversity. This is a really good wake up call. Team looks pretty disjointed.

Czechia goalie has been phenomenal. Spacek looks very good.

I’m not hyper conservative about the sport but that type of goal needs to be looked at a bit closer.

The Michigan was a neat way to score the first couple times it was successful. But like anything cool and awesome if it gets overused it becomes BORING.

Team Canada's own zone defending is as bad as I've ever seen it. Poor goaltending did not help. Getting their chances offensively but the Czechia goaltender is FEELING IT

I thinks he’s patty kane level. Points probably lean a little more to goals for bedard over his career though, he plays a very jr game at this point and I’m not convinced he beats kanes rookie numbers yet. Mcdavid was ppg at 18 and don’t think bedard is in that level

There was a hit thrown during the major penalty that was almost as bad, or similar, but I don't think the officials were interested in seeing the reaction if they took Canada down another peg with a 5 on 3. Canada defended well until they didn't. Again arrogance costing. Being caught on a 2 on 1 rush because you committed too deep on a pk is a bad look all day.
