I'm talking for an established top 4 LHD/RHD neither Mersch or Lintenimi fit that category.
a 1st 2018 (2017 is in chicago), 2nd in 2017?
Canucks will happily take Zetterberg
I know. That's why the second part said Martinez or McNabb. But for Tatar + Sproul not Jurco.
Brendan Smith for Wideman (50% retained) and like a 5th or something?
Begrudgingly yes.
For Glendening@50%
Wouldn't mind Martinez, He's another Detroit kid that i wouldn't mind.
Beaulieu
Desharnais
+<- Whatever is needed to make it even.
For
Tatar
Smith
Montreal could use Tatar 2nd line LW and move Radulov to the RW on that line. This also opens up the center 3rd slot, bringing in McCarron. Add the size Montreal finally needs in the lineup.
Smith could play bottom pairing with Pateryn to shore up the defense.
2 expiring RFA's in Tatar and Beaulieu along with 2 expiring UFA's in Smith and Desharnais.
I just don't know what the plus on Montreal's side would be or what the Redwings would be looking for.
we are talking.....not good at the value thing with trades and dont know tatars salary but i think a deal could be made...might need some tweeks but we are close IMO.I would maybe consider Tatar+Bertuzzi for Vatanen, Other then that no way.
What do Red Wings fans want from the Canucks for Athanasiou?
Thats what I figured. As long as it was for the duration of his next contract. I'd say its a decent deal for both teams, if detroit were to go into firesale (doubtful). I also absolutely love glendening as a bottom 6 PK player and he'd be great centering a bottom line or playing next to kruger for when dejardins moves on.
after last night do you think AA value went up ??? AA and Smith for Trouba ? would you do it ?

Bergevin should give a lot for Zetty (Dream of Zetty-Galchy-Radu) in the playoff.
Canucks will happily take Zetterberg
Sorry not trading our Captain, And besides he's a cap recapture penalty risk should he retire early. And that's bound to happen with Vancouver.
