Na they are just waiting for the boxing day sales. That will start Monday.
I figured there would be a bunch of trades since I just made the 4hr trek to Erie. Isn't that how it works? Get in the car, trades happen?!

The first concern is how you got to Erie in 4 hours?!?!I figured there would be a bunch of trades since I just made the 4hr trek to Erie. Isn't that how it works? Get in the car, trades happen?!

Some like ground chuck some prefer filet mignon and prime ribWhy on Gods green Earth would you stay a night in Erie instead of Niagara Falls?
4 hours once across the border with light traffic is very realistic.I figured there would be a bunch of trades since I just made the 4hr trek to Erie. Isn't that how it works? Get in the car, trades happen?!
Last time I went took just under 5 hours, but I'll move on and keep the chatter about hockey.4 hours once across the border with light traffic is very realistic.

If there ever was my guess is the team getting them would be sending one in back in return.Random question. Have there ever been 2 0A's traded to the same team in one deal?
Gavin Whire and Avery Hayes were dealt from the Bulldogs to the Petes last year…..the Petes only had one open OA spot so Panwar was included in the dealRandom question. Have there ever been 2 0A's traded to the same team in one deal?
Hotels are cheaper in Erie, even off-season.Why on Gods green Earth would you stay a night in Erie instead of Niagara Falls?
Terrible decision by Bowler and owners. The Spits, since the coaching change are playing like I expected them to play all season. I figured they would easily make the playoffs (this was preseason). Brock Otten picked them for 4th. The only conclusion that I can draw from this season is that they made a horrible coaching decision up front. I don't know if the systems were bad (doesn't seem like much changed) or if the previous coach couldn't motivate the players.
Josh Bloom is no better than the 3 you have now? I’m gonna have to disagree on that one.He would never be sent back to Windsor and is no better than the 3 we have now.

I’d take Bloom over Maillet as well. I like what we’re getting out of Peer and Mancini though. “Better”? Define better.Josh Bloom is no better than the 3 you have now? I’m gonna have to disagree on that one.
Only way We should receive an O/A at this stage is as an add in in a trade that brings back a pair of thirds for Peer. Or as an add in that brings back other draft picks. We can always waive O/A as long as it’s before the O/A deadline.Josh Bloom is no better than the 3 you have now? I’m gonna have to disagree on that one.
Oh, I agree. I was just responding to Bloom being no better than the 3 OA’s Windsor currently has. I think he’s a fair bit better than any of the 3. Mancini is probably more valuable to the Spits right now but I’d take Bloom over any of the 3 in a second without hesitation.Only way We should receive an O/A at this stage is as an add in in a trade that brings back a pair of thirds for Peer.
