Holy crap that is a young D group.
At this point doesn't really matter who plays. Experience is the only thing they will gain in these last few games.

A night like tonight is a perfect time imo to try Cristoforo up front. Yes, I have knock his defensive play hard for being not physical enough, but praise his offensive side. Glad he is good to go!! That is what is most important.

He was up front on a PP, which could be a strategy thing. Odd that an offensive D pinches, though. So odd......

3rd period, the position their in, take no prisoners! They have nothing to lose, might as well go down fighting! Show some Spits hockey. But save a few body bags for Sunday!

On the positive side. They haven’t allowed a goal at the start or end of the period
I wish that would be true. Overall this team is not equipped to make much noise physically. Martin , Spellacy then the list gets real short.

Winegard, Eichler, Nesbitt, Walton. Why not? Or save it for Sunday?!

certain I would not have Eichler or Zhugin back for imports Zhugin 19 no goals past 10 plus games, soft and defensive liability. Eichler plays tough at times and soft just as much in front of the crease. At 18 needs to be way better by now. Adjustment to N.A. is over at Christmas break.

They have the guys to go. They just haven't. There's a difference. I count 14 that have either gone or could go... and the "have" list is the longer part.
They r a soft team.
No team goes to play Windsor and has fear..
Been that way fo multiple years.
No doubt Nesbitt would go but he is supposed to be a offensive guy. Walton has the size but not much anger, same for Winegard. Eichler is more like Abraham, lots of bark and cheap shots but not really ready to drop the mits without the protection of a couple of linesman close by lol.

Zhugin for sure the problem is where they pick their 2nd pick. It will be somewhere between 60- 70th pick. Really hard to get a player there that would be better than Eichler. Maybe a trade into the year once they know their needs?I'm
Keep in mind many teams pass on their second selection keeping 1 on their roster which could improve the 2nd position. Some teams pass on both slots they have.
