Petes fan here -This is not an embarrassment.
You had a great season and played fantastic hockey all year. Your players have given everything they had to their teammates and their fans.

Anything can happen in junior hockey and anything can happen in the playoffs-that’s just what happened.
That’s all -your players are still great lads. However disappointed you are these young lads feel worse.
Be proud of the season they gave you -

Nothing to be proud of, made history being the 1st #1 seed to be swept. Now time for a rebuild . A pathetic embarrassment. We got outscored 20-8 , wasn’t even close to being competitive.

Most of this is true but where the embarrassment comes is because they had the lead for like 10 min this whole series and didn’t really come close to winning any game.

I’d like to see the stat on odd man rushes allowed. That’s one spot the Spits win by a landslide.

Windsor made history.
1st team ever to be swept as a 1st seed in the OHL
Team didnt get off the bus this whole series.
What an embarrassment.
Kitchener OWNED Windsor in every category.
NO LEADERSHIP this team.
Even the refs were favored Windsor. No "factors" can hide this stupidity.
The defense ALL year was terrible. Defense wins series.
Bench fired!!!!!!!!
Bowler needs to be accounted for

So the Shane Wright experiment did not work. when your top players are -6 and -9 there really is not a whole lot to be said.

This was not a top-of-the-league team although you played well down the stretch.

Will be interesting to see what they do in the off season.

Got to wonder how many of these stars were looking at the AHL instead of concentrating on the OHL

He played well this series. Definitely going to leave a stain on his reputation. But this is on the coaches.
I think he’s on his way to that label for the rest of his life though. He looks “good”. You can’t be a #4 overall pick and be just “good” and not get that label. I just don’t see him being more than a mediocre 2nd line C in the NHL and this kind of stuff can have a pretty negative impact on a kid’s psyche. Maybe he gets sent back to the O next year haha.

Pretty simple, gut the team.

Recoup whatever assets you can and rebuild around either ‘06’s and ‘07’s or ‘07’s and ‘08’s.

Give Kitchener credit, they did this last year to London. They seem to know what windsor is going to do next which tells me they do lots of video and prepared their players for the playoffs.
London was decimated by injuries last year. Brochu was playing hurt.

This isn’t anywhere close to the same circumstances.

Y’all just choked.
