Some can do both
Some can do neither
Does he feel a bit slower to anyone? I know it's odd to be worried at age 28, but I'm already paranoid for speed decline.
Matthews is only 27.
Yeah, kind of young to start needing recoverydaysweeks.

And some can't tell one from the other. Some can do both

At this same exact moment last year, Matthews was on pace for 82 games 64 goals 96 pts, he finished at 81 games, 69 goal and 107 pts. I expect the same thing this season. At this same exact moment last year, Nylabder was in peace for 55 goal goal and 123 pts, he finished at 40 goal and 98 pts. I expect the same thing this season
So is it fair to assume that Marner does the exact same thing last year as wellAt this same exact moment last year, Nylabder was in peace for 55 goal goal and 123 pts, he finished at 40 goal and 98 pts. I expect the same thing this season
Whenever I see this thread rise to the top, my instinct is to reply without reading a single post, and say:Does he feel a bit slower to anyone? I know it's odd to be worried at age 28, but I'm already paranoid for speed decline.
Will marner and matthew do the same thing in the playoffs? So is it fair to assume that Marner does the exact same thing last year as well

so an acceleration in poins and a more balanced out offensive game?At this same exact moment last year, Nylabder was in peace for 55 goal goal and 123 pts, he finished at 40 goal and 98 pts. I expect the same thing this season
so an acceleration in poins and a more balanced out offensive game?
or will he be added to the pk since he did that last time?
or will he go out and score our last 3 playoff goals and score 3 goals in 4 games, more points than tavares, rielly, marner in less games
I can't tell if this is a shot at the player or not, but knowing how you speak about him, it probably is.
Nylander has replaced matthews's goal scoring in his absence, and for the start of the season now tbh, this has now been the 3rd straight year where he has started the season carrying the most or the second most offensive load on the team.
We’re talking about the playoffs screw the regular seasonThe difference is Nylander always having 1 or 2 6-10 game stretche during regular season where he's completly off and uninterested to play. It's happening every year so yes i anticipate that will happen again this season and will impact again his stats at the end of regular season.
If it doesn't happen this season, would just be a great news for the team

But the same can be said for all of the core,.so it's not really unique to Nylander, is it?
For example as already noted, Marner usually has a fairly slow start in the fall, which he then shakes off. Maybe this year his stretch of down play is during the winter.since he started the season hotter than normally
I agree that it would be nice for all the core to avoid slumps for the sake of the team
