Walker and S.Jo are on the roster, so it's not an age or number of camps thing.

Milne isn't on the roster either, so my guess is the guys who have a shot to make the NHL team were left off so they didn't get injured before training camp.

Yurov and Marat are under contract and into their season in the KHL, Stramel is a college player, Ohgren is also under contract and starting his season soon(in pre season) in the SHL.
Who knows about Beckman and Rossi...I don't see any reason why Beckman would be considered to have a better chance than Walker to make the team, unless he had one hell of an off season. Walker was clearly the better player last year.

I don't know where those guys are playing but none of the Hawks prospects playing in college or Europe will be there. The Hawks haven't released their roster yet so I'm not sure which of the other guys are going - but unfortunately a lot of top prospects in college (Nazar, Moore, Greene, Thompson, Rinzel) and Europe (Safanov, Kantserov) will not be there.

Will Korchinski be there? I thought he looked really good last year in the pre season camp, or whatever it was.

We won't know for sure until the roster is announced on the 13th but my guess is yes - I don't see why not. I'm hoping him and some of the other d-prospects will play in the tourney.

There are worse things to look like imo.
 
I would think there's a chance Bankier and Masters get sent back yes? Bankier hasn't skated all summer because of an Achilles injury, and Masters getting injured in the Memorial Cup.
 
maybe ohgren jumped out of a cake at a bachelorette party and then got hurt playing naked twister? seriously please post any updates on ohgrens injury , this is very sad news.
