It's definitely Letang. He is easily the dumbest star hockey player I've ever seen on the ice. The guy gets by almost purely on raw talent, and now that he's turned 30 and is coming off some injuries his game has regressed a bit this year because he's no longer a hundred times faster than everyone on the ice and he hasn't yet figured out how to deal with that.
