On other teams, yes, but I think on the Leafs recently, people have not got them.

Sandin/Amirov/Robertson/Minten/Niemela all have/had none.

Nylander/Marner/Matthews/Liljegren had them.

So, anyone drafted after 2017 didn't have one.

Once Simmonds is sent down there’s no longer an emergency—they have cap space for Woll. Seems like a similar situation as the Rangers and Kane.
